I review qualifying investment opportunities and do require supporting documentation. This can include a financial prospectus, T-12’s or a property appraisal from an independent, certified appraiser, a property inspection report, and a commitment for title insurance. Additionally, the borrower and applicable contractor(s) are evaluated to ensure integrity, capability and performance are able to meet expectations and achieve success.
